Stadium Lite - FOR SALE $5500

In Mar 2008 Blue Coyote Racing made a deal on an ex MTEG Stadium Lite car. This was a project vehicle with little known past history. Jerry B was able to supply some info. After lots of work overhauling the engine, transmission, fuel system, wiring and almost every bearing the Stadium Lite car made its appearance at the June 14th M4SX race.

Since then a lot has been learned about this car. Bob with EBK was able to supply lots of detailed information about the past of these cars, including a magazine article from 1988.

Here are some photos of the car in is present condition. It was all black when purchased, but when some color was found during repairs, we just had to see what was under the layers of paint. After hours of sanding the original color sceme began to appear . And the words TEAM HAVASU WHEEL were found along with an original H&R Fabrication decal. The plan is to redo the car in the original paint sceme (only this time in vinyl) and with duplicate of the H&R decals.

There are also photos here of the Coleman Products FNR transmission and the new Jaz fuel cell. The sides had been cut down by a prior owner. The sides were rebuilt, and a fold down door added to the RH side (the Blue Coyote does not like to crawl thru the top hatch). Other updates include a PowerBloc drive clutch, Comet drive clutch, Facet electric fuel pump, Holeshot / ITP wheels & tires, rectifier, switch panel and DG exhaust, Jaz fuel cell, new nets and belts.

We have decided to purchase a 2 seat race vehicle so that my son and I can both race - so the H&R SL350 is now up for sale.
